M2f, fast voltage measurement

(prototype picture)
This module is a fast voltage amplifier for reading switching events.
It is a single ended coaxial input voltage amplifier presenting a fast 10kHz-5MHz (HEMT version up to 80MHz) ac-readout on the main output (fibre) and a dc..100kHz output voltage at the iso-amp-out of the slot it is located in. there are no terminating resistors added.

manual control only
specs:
Input resistance: 100kohm
Input noise voltage: 0.8nV/sqrtHz (default JFET version)
option (not tested yet): HEMT version 2nV<100kHz, 0.3nV>1MHz

Input noise current: 0.5fA/sqrtHz
gain: 1000V/V

Input bias current : <1pA
Bandwidth: 5Mhz (HEMT:80MHz)

Via the fibre output of the module a line-powerd receiver box can be connected
with comparators to create trigger pulses on switching events (up/down)
FIBRE-RECEIVER-TRIGGER BOX:
analog fibre input with 2 comparators + fixed pulse-length out(seperate up/down switch detection).
Two BNC-TTL outputs for counting.Fixed pulselength averaged output giving dc-readout for switchfreq .
Comparator levels and pulse length set by trimmers.
Analog monitor output up to 100MHz (SMA).

minimum detectable pulse width:
30nS @12mV received signal
10nS @50mV received signal
(HEMT version approx 5 times shorter)

Example traces (slow-noncoax-readout):
green= readout pulse from S5c
blue = amplifier output
red = logic output from pulse detector (to counter)
