(preliminairy info, test running) This module interfaces a remote (cryogenic) FET preamp-stage. The preamp can be connected via a single coax-line sending both the dc-bias and reading the ac-signal. The output of the battery-powered module is an analog fibre-link completely isolating it from the environment. The cryogenic preamp is actually a voltage amplifier but can measure across a (lowtemp) resistor to measure current. The total setup measures ac-signals 300Hz..5MHz. Gain and dissipation can be set by the potentiometer. Upper bandwidth is limited by the module (5MHz) but the preamp can obtain > 100MHz.
